To ensure the best possible outcome of your house illustration, please select a photo that has not been edited, natural lighting, no screenshots and the photo is taken from a front on view of the house. Optional street address and town can be added to the bottom of your illustration.

Your order will include:

- high quality digital PNG file that will be emailed to you

- White background 

- Optional free text (please specify text and text colour via email)

PRINT & POST (no frame)

-If you are wishing to have your illustration printed and posted to you, please select the printing option from the Dropbox
-Price includes printing, paper & postage
-Prints will be posted to address provided on invoice

-Paper is Canvas paper A4

FRAME

- All frames are size A3

- Paper type is Linen embossed 280gsm card A3

- Free tracked postage
